Feeling good about yourself


Years ago I read this book that I picked up again the other day. “Feng Shui 168 ways to success”. Thought I would share some of the things that stood out for me, in hopes that it might help you as well.

We need to get into the habit of developing awareness of our surroundings. Be sensitive to the occurrence of things going wrong, especially when there seems to be a pattern and a frequency that seems to suggest a spate of bad luck. Bad luck that is caused by bad Feng Shui happens almost continuously.

The effect of unbalanced energies often causes things to go wrong with no respite. Your environment and the physical structures that occupy your personal space emanate many different kinds of energies all the time. These energies can be gross or subtle, and they are either benevolent or treacherous. So you should try to tune into the energies that surround your personal space. You don’t need to become obsessed with Feng Shui, but you will benefit enormously if you develop sensitivity to how these energies affect your living space. The best times to ‘check’ the feng shui of your personal space are when you have just moved into a new home or office; and during the changeover of years and decades.
